Visitor Visa for Aunt

Hello all,

I am planning to apply for a visitor visa for my aunt( My mothers sister) from India to USA. How hard is it. is it the same procedure that needs to be done for parents visa.
My mother has been here two times already and she has a ten year visa

what is the best reason we can give for her application.

Please let me know. thanks
