Best way to book flight tickets for parents in India?

Hi All,

I would like to know how you all book tickets for your parents whose travel is originating from India.

1) Do we have agents here in USA who can dispatch the tickets directly to India?

2) What do you all typically do for parents' tickets? Do you have them buy the tickets in India (which are supposedly cheaper than bought here in USA)?

Any info you could shed would be helpful. Thank you.

my mom got tickets from India. There are good agents at Chennai. Please send me your email id as a personal message to send the travel agent name. We did lot of exploration and found these two agents are best with good fare.
