I am working here in US with a L1 visa and will stay for one more year.I want to bring my Mom for 3 months .My company has provided accomodation/car and a perdiem amount for my stay in the united states.
Mom has a valid passport .What is the visa my Mom should apply for?
Do i need to show some funds in US banks for applying visa?
My Dad is still working and we have home in India.How can i put the exact details so that i can get the Visa.
I am not in the payroll of US (my payroll is still in India).SHould this matter if my Mom
