Help -- Is it ok to update I-134 form?

Hi,

In I-134 form, for following item no. 2, by mistake I wrote wrong date.

2. That I am ___ years of age and have resided in the United States since ( date ) _______


Notarised and already sent to India.

Is it ok to modify with correct date?

or

can I use the old one ( with correct date ) that I sent in June.


Any help would be great

Supporting docs needs to be 30-45 days old and needs to have correct information.
I wld say to correct it and send new one
