I-94 at port of entry

The I-94 for visitors is usually for 6 months and the immigration officer at the port of entry has put a date for 15 months. I am not sure if it is a mistake or not. Is this legal or do I have to take any action

Looks like a mistake. Visitor should go back in 6 months or apply for extension.
