Just wondering if dependancy tax exemption can be claimed for my mother who has been given 184 days in I-94. She was here to visit and stayed with us all through. Can we claim her as a dependant???

I think...., NO, if she had visited on visitor visa. (Many ppl asked the same question on this forum and nobody replied back saying they can do so, chk with Tax consultant and post your experience )
