Rejected twice with in a year - Help

My parents got rejected twice with in last year and they are going to try their luck again next month. They both are retired now. Could anyone in this situation share their experience? If any one has suggestion please welcome.

1. They need to provide strong family and property ties
2. They can go for self-sponsoring
3. Specify short-trip ,i.e. 2-3 months
4. You can find experience of many people in this forum, who got visa even after multiple rejections.
