How often can one visit US in B2?

Hi,

My mom got 10 yrs multiple entry visa. How often she can visit US?

She came for 6 months to US and she is returning back in Oct. When can she visit again?

She came this time to US saying that she is a tourist. Every time she visits, she should say that she is coming for tourism or to visit her daughter or what....?

Visiting relatives makes more sense.
She can visit again anytime in theory, but in practice, she should keep
an interval of 5-6 months between two visits.
