DS-157 forms expired

Hi,

I had to fill DS-157 for both my mom and dad when I booked the appointment in April 2006. THey have the interview in OCtober. When I try to take a printout of DS-157 now, it says the form expired in 7/31/2005. Is anyone else facing the same problem? What should I do now? Please advise.

i'm facing the same problem. however since that is the form on VFS site, i just filled it out for my parents. their interview is in october

Thanks Guru for the reply. My parents stamping is in october too. So I think I will send the same application form.
