Can i cancel one of my parents appointment

Hi,
I schedule an appointment for my parents in March - 06. Is it possible to cancel my Mom appointment and keep my fathers appointment intact.
I would like to prepone my moms date if possible.

Yes you can do it....i had same situation earlier and sent an email to VFS office.... i got below reply back. I cancelled one of the applicants successfully.

Kindly note that if you want to cancel ony one applicants appointment
then
you are required to select the particular applicants details and
proceed
forward to cancel. You can call on your regional helpline number
