DS-157 -Previous employer phone

Hi All
I don't have previous employer phone numbers for my parents. In fact they were working as teachers and none of the schools has phones. Could some one advise what to do with this situation? Online form forcing me to enter some number? Is it OK if I put '0's??

I just searched google for the previous employers current phone numbers.
Luckily I found them with pain, but I think these fields are not critical that they should be filled with exact details. I still doubt whether the numbers I entred are correct or not. But they didnt matter at the end.
if your parents remember any number, I think you can enter them.
Not sure about entering zeroes. May be you want to send an email to vfs.
They reply very promptly.
