    Hi,
    1.For the question number 37 in DS156,
"Are any of the following persons in the US??"
For this question Actually we are 3 daughters for my parents who are in US.Do we need to mention all the 3 daughter's status or only who is sposoring the visa will be enough??

2.My passport of brother-in-law, who is sponsoring for parents visa,is going to expire in feb 2007.My parents are going for visa in october. He needs to renewl his passport before we send papers to india?? is it a big issue because it is going to expire with in 4months.very less period.??

3.In the invitation letter to my parents,Do we need to mention that my parents are going to visit all 3 daughters families? or tourism and visiting to sponsor's family is enough??

4.In DS 156 and 157,for the questions which have no answers, what we have to put?is it 'NONE' or 'NA'

    Please help me out.

I can answer some of your questions based on my recent experience.

    1) There is room for only one daughter in the form, right? I had posted the same question 2 months ago and I was advised to note the status of only the sponsoring daughter.

    2) Passport expiry date is not a problem

    3) We are two daughters in USA and my brother is in India. We mentioned "visiting daughters and sons-in-law" (plural) in all the forms/letters. As per the advice I received from everyone on these boards, we were "truthful" with our details and my parents got 10yr M visa. They were asked this question in the interview: How many daughters you have? My parent's reply was "two daughters". In all the letters, I mentioned that my parents will stay at my home (as primary residence) during their USA tour and will also visit my sister for a couple of months.

    Good luck to your parents!!
