Can anyone send me the format of the letter to senator? And how to proceed or some tips ?

Also, if u have email id or phone number of senator office. I am not sure how to proceed in this.

Will really appreciate if anyone share their experience in this.

What do you mean by email id or phone # of senator? You should contact the senator of your state. I know I am going to come across rude but have to tried to google for your senator? Every senator has a very comprehensive web site listing staff members working on various areas of speciality and their contact info.

As far as format of senator letter, I was able to search this site itself and pick a few.
