Urgent : Pending Visa For Father

my parents had a visa interview in morning, my mother got the VISA, BUTmy father's visa has been kept pending.

He has been asked to fill out a questionaire and pass it onto VFS.

Please share your thoughts on this. How much time it may take to get the visa now ?

we are not able to find the Questions also.
