Multiple CLASS B1/B2 10years validity

I have 10 years Multiple visa validity i used it 3x from the date of issued my last trip was last Sept 08, 2000 and i want now to go back in US for my Aunt visiting in chicago it is possible to use it again, pls advice,,,,

IF it is valid, you can use it. Why do you have a doubt?

Regarding b1/b2 10 yrs validity

Thanks for the reply.....
I doubt it to travel coz, I heared some rumors that need to use it or travel atleast once a year and i didnt used it for 6years from 2000-2006 and I'm planning to travel this year my worry is I might get hold at immigration due to long interval of travel

No, there is no requirement that you should use it once a year.
My mom recently traveled on a 10 yr B1/B2 after 4 years, and there was no
problem.
