Reg property estimate doc

In the list of docs I read we need to provide property estimate document,affidavit of properties.
I got avvidavit of proeperty sample from immihrlp.How to get property estimate by CA.Can anybody tell the format??

There will be 'licensed surveyors' in every city. They are also called as 'apprisers'. Your parents can apprise/evaluate the cost of their home/lands so that they could write 'current market value' in the affidavit rather than writing an approximate number.

for the estimate, Do we need to go for the same city where we have our properties,or we can do it anywhere in the state.

An appriser from a different city/state will have to travel and do the evaluation. Also, they may not know the current real estate values in your city. I have always been under the impression that one would hire an appriser from the same city.
