I-134 affidavit

HI All,
I have seen couple of posts people are preparing separate folders for Sponsor docs and visitor docs. Could some one tell me which folder I-134 should go to?? As per my understanding it should go Sponsor docs but some times VO doesn't even look at them so it is good thing to carry it with Visitor 1-156, I-157? Please advise... THANKS

I-134 should be among sponsor documents.
