Visa Application Fee and Issuance fee

Hi -

My Father had deposited INR 4700 at HDFC bank for the Visa Application fee in July. However wef from Aug-7, this fee has been changed to INR 4,800. My Parents have got an appointment in Nov-06. I understand that they would have to take a draft of INR 2400 as issuance fee. But Do they need to take another draft of remaining INR 100 for the Application fee?

Can someone help me in getting the answer?
