Passport lost with multiple entry visa - Help

Hello Experts,

My parents had a 10 Years multiple entry visa in their passports. They also visited US last year for 5 months and went back to India ontime.
Now both of their passports were lost somehow. Could you guys tell me how to proceed to get a duplicate passport(does n't look like a big issue) the concern is the re-issue of US Visitor VISA..

How to get them the VISITOR VISA and how soon they can visit US again...Pls help with the process and any suggestions..Pls

If they have copies of the visa and the passport showing the US entry stamp & the Indian arrival stamp(proving that they did not overstay), that could really help them get another visa.Copies of their I-94s would also help.If no copies, they will have to
prepare for the interview like they did the first time.

And they will have to schedule an appointment like everyone else.
Call the VFS(embassy appointed agency) guys to confirm.
