Sponsoring Mother-in-Law

I took a Visa PA for my Mother-in-Law.

Myself and my wife are working.I am on L1A and my wife is on H1. I am sponsoring the Visa for my Mother-in-Law. As my wife is working, will it be a problem that I am sponsoring instead of my wife sponsoring.

If she is having good bank balance, good job regular pay then she can sponsor, otherwise you can sponsor. If asked your MIL can explain
