The purpose of a property affidavit is to give a "summary" of all the properties your parents have in India. It must be in English to be of any use..

If your parents have a telugu appt, individual property documents can be in Telugu, as the translator could check them and translate to the VO.

If your parents have english appt, the only useful and usable documents will be those written in English. There may be some documents that we can not change now, but atleast those that you are preparing recently must be done in English.
