Travel on Expiring Passport

Hi,

My Mother has got her 10 year multiple entry VISA for US stamped on the passport. She is planning to travel on Oct 15 2006 and leave back by Jan 16 2007.

He Indian passport expires on Mar 30 2007, which will be less than 6 months when she lands in USA. Will that be a issue? Will she be denied entry to US at the Airport?
