Bank A/c verification letter - Urgent --Please advise

My parents is going for visa stamping on 17th Oct. I have sent all the documents. I have a question on Bank Account verification letter.

I have an account in the chase bank. I got the information from them - like acc open date, average balance etc. It is not formatted neatly as they took a printout of my account summary screen and they gave the letter on plain paper and then put a chase bank seal.

Should I get one in their letter head signed by the authorized person. Please advise.
