Sponsors Doc for Visitor Visa in Mumbai

Hello,

This website mentions that the sponsor of the visitor visa should send a copy of all the documents directly to VFS too.

Is this True?

If yes, then at what address these should be mailed to and to whom it should be referenced. Under the Contacts for Mumbai Consulate there are two addresses given and i am not sure where to send the package.
