In laws Visa rejected Pls advise

My in laws visa got rejected 2 days back - they did not look at any of the papers - all the interviewer asked was that how many children you have - they have 2 sons and both are in US - he outright rejected and said Better luck next time! - we are obviously planning to try again take another appt etc. my husband and brother in law are on H1 - infact brotherinlaw also works for an Indian company but just transferred to US - any advise on how to handle this situation? In-laws obviously have no intention to stay in US - only purpose is just visit us!

There is no other way other than going another time and try to explain, if get a chance to express. Ask them to carry all doc showing strong ties to India
