Paystubs & Tax returns

I recently got transfered to USA from India (last month). I want to sponsor my mother on B2 and interview is scheduled for this month. 1) I have not yet received any paystubs but have employer letter with all details. Will that work? 2)Secondly, can I submit my India IT returns as I am yet to file IT return or W2 in USA?

1. If you came just recent, better you wait for some time so that you wld get good bank balance
2. No India IT returns
