  • I134 affidavit of support form

    Hello All,

We are sponsoring Tourist Visa for my parents, and we r having 6 months old baby, do we need to have our sons name in the I134 Affidavit of support form [for the parents]. My parents visa was rejected in the month of April 2006. This is the second time they are appearing for visa. In the previous I134 form we didn't mention son's name as he was not born then.

    Thanks

This is in the section where we have to declare our dependents here in USA. So should i declare that i have a son who is 6 months old. I have declared my wife as dependent and however i am thinking should i declare him as dependent or not.

      Thanks.

Hello Thanks for the reply. You mean to say i should declare him as dependent. However my only concern is, the consular officer shouldn't deny my parents visa again based on the fact that i have a son and they might be comming here for looking after him. I have seen this in the threads a lot. Does that statement hold good ?

            Please advise ASAP.

            Regards.
