Hi,
Our parents are going for visit visa.
They don't have house documents original documents with them.They have xerox copy only.Will it be ok if they send xerox copy? or original is compulsory?

Why don't they have it?

Is it because the house is on loan? If so, show appropriate papers regarding the loan.
