Hi all

I am new to this forum, but have been reading the postings for a few weeks. They are very informative & useful.

My parents have an appt in November at chennai. I am sponsoring them. I started my pediatric residency in this country from July 2006 but have been here since 2004 (H4). My parents visa was rejected in May 06 when my husband sponsored them. we got our green card 2 weeks ago.

My query is

1. I don't have a W2. Is it ok to sponsor my parents?
2.As I started my job recently can I still sponsor them?
3. My brohter is a graduate student here. Do My parents mention his visa status in the application form or not?
4. My tax return forms are with my husband, is it ok to produce them?


I would appreciate if some one could clarify.
