I134 affidavit of support form validity

Hello All,
I have sent in an I-134 to my parents in april 2006. My parents have visa appointment in next month. Will the old I-134 suffice or should i get a new I-134. The only change is i have a son who is 6 months old now. Please advise.

It is better to take new I-134. It should not
be more than 3 months.
