  • Leave of Sanction or NOC

    I have 2 questions.

    1. My mom is a govt school teacher and she applied for 6 months leave signed by Education dept director with the govt seal on it. I hope this is the NOC VO officer is looking for. Can you tell me if this is sufficient??.

    2. The new question is the leave sanction letter states from Oct 2006 to Mar 2007. My perents went for the interview on Sep 21st and they got denied for no reason and they did not even look at any documents inspite of my sister who is unmarried living with them and my mom is a govt employee and have 2000% intend to return back to work... Well, past is past and she started working. Now we have a new appointment fixed for them for Nov 14th.
    My questions are
2a. Do we need a new leave of sanction or can she use the same one she had that states oct 06 to mar 07..
2b. Since she started working, does this void the leave sanction??..

    Please clarify..

Well, my dad nearly spent 3 days (8.30AM to 6PM) just at the education department just to get a signature from the director. They received the letter signed only a day before their interview ie sep 20th at 4PM. The next day they had interview at 9AM. They made my dad to wait 3 days, yes 3 days. (They misplaced our old letter and mistake is on their part).. It is a pain to get such a letter from them.

    3. Do we need to get education director signed on the leave of sanction??.. Is it enough to get the signature from the Headmaster??.. She already has the NOC for the passport which is nearly a year old.. Please share your experience for the govt school teacher.

    Thanks all..
