Inlaws Visa Rejected Help Please

Hi,
My in-laws visitor visa got rejected. My FIL was asked this questions.
VO: how many children you have?
FIL: 3. one daughter in US, son and other daughter in india studying.
VO: what does ur daughter do in US?
FIL: works as software developer on H1B.
VO: what do you do?
FIL: Business as a contractor
VO: Please Explain?
FIL: Buy properties and sell them . He said he has the license and he showed the income tax returns for last 3 years.
VO: Do you have any other documents supporting your business?
FIL: I donot have. I have the real estate license, income tax returns and the property (land) documents.
VO: I am denying your visa.
They have written AFU in the passport.

What else we need to show the VO? I donot understand the reason why their visa got rejected?
What is AFU?
Does that mean they cannot get visitor visa in future?
Can they apply for another time and is there any time limit?

Please suggest me.

I'm sorry about ur inlaws visa denial. I think AFU means Anti Fraud Unit, after few searches i found this..


Hope this helps. Have you spoken to the consulate after that to get further info. Maybe the VO was looking for a name of the company of ur FIL's business, that's just my opinion, since everything he said to VO seems fine.

Thanks a lot for the information. Actually when i saw the last page i found out it was not AFU, its a signature. VO has given a letter telling that the clause for rejection is 214(b).
I was wondering if my FIL takes all the supporting documentation regarding his business next time he should get the visa right?
How long we need to wait to apply for the visa again?
