DS156 leaving field blank

We have taken appointments for parents online.
After taking appointment ,we filled DS156 and DS157 online.
But in that,for questions like fax number or cell number,I tried to write NA but it is prompting error saying it should be number.

For Question number 20,Name and address of present school or employer,as my mother is house wife,I selected no.Then it disabled address field.So I am not able to enter NA.

But when I downloaded generated pdfs,it is leaving those fields(phone numbers,name and adress of current employer) as blank.
Can I write with Pen,with hand writing NA after taking print outs.

If the generated form is leaving some fields blank, don't attempt to change them.

I have the same situation.Could you please let me know as to whether you left the fields blank or changed them later in the print out for phone numbers that are not applicable and for employment if anot applicable.

ya u can write with pen, no problem....
