Hi Anyone,
I am planning to invite my parents to USA for a visit. I am the only son of my parents and I have 2 sisters of which one of them is in USA itself with green card & working and one is in India. Both are married and they have children. I am on H1-B visa right now.
Is it a good idea that I sponser my parents or should my sister sponser?? The thing is my parents got their visa rejected twice two yrs back when my brother-in-law sponsered them. At that time my Father was a Govt.employee and I am in India. Now my father is retired. Recently I sponsered my In-laws and they got visa. I have already taken visa appointment for my parents now. So can my sister take over it now. I am in a dilemma.
Pls help. I appreciate for your help.
