  • conditional permanent resident and parents B2 visa

I am on conditional permanent residents status. I'm sponsoring my parents' visitor visa. I get 2 questions:

    1) Does anyone know if there is any disadvantage to my parents visa when my status is conditional?

    2) If I just say my status is lawful permanent resident, can they say I'm not telling the whole truth?

Thank you in advance for your help!

No need to mention conditional , they won't say you are lying, but the officer willl know when he looks at a copy of your green card, which you will have to send.

But your conditional status won't matter much. The most important factor that will decide the visa is your parents' ties to India (job/business, income and other children)
