Form I-134 Question #10

My husband is a US Citizen and I am a PR. He submitted the I-485, I-864 and I-130 few years ago for me.

Question 10 of Form I-134: That I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the following persons :-

My question is, presently he is planning to sponsor my mum to visit me using I-134. Does he have to write my name in the question 10?

I have one more question pertaining to the same form but question #9.

Question #9 of Form I-134: That I previously submitted affidavit of support for the following persons :-

I wrote my name in the form due to the submission of I-864 by my husband in 1999. Am I right to do so especially when in question 10, i am going to say none.
