hi ,
i am sponsoring my inlaws. they ahve an appt date for nov end.
but they have no property in tehir name, they stay in a rented home. also not much as bank, maybe a fe wthoudsands.
my fil works as self employed consultant as an accountant. whatever earnings he gets is enough for them .
they have a son who lives away from them. he has his own house etc.
my wifes grandmom stays with my in laws.
what r teh docs they need to showbesides teh 3yr tax returns, employment info?
what do they say for teh qs why they don't have property or bank balance?
what to say, why they will return to india after the visit?
guys any help, tip or adcive would be very helpful.

Having property, bank statements etc will work to show strong financial ties, which would compel the visitor to go back to India after visit. In addition to such docs visitor also presents documents showing ties related family, work.

In your case, make sure that in-laws concentrate on docs for ties on family, work.
