For sister's Visa

CAn anyone guide me for below query.
I have to call my sister with my parents over here for visitor visa. Reason is my sister is mentally disable and she can not leave my mother. So in this case which kind of paper we have to submit while going to interview?
Please guide me as soon as possible

In addition to normal paperwork for each person, submit the proof of her mental status.
