visitor visa for mom
Hi,
I have taken appointment for my mom in Nov for visitor visa in Mumbai.This is her 2nd time,she was rejected first time in 2002 on 214(b).
I have a QUERY:
her green card petition was filed by her brother in 2000.Now we have sent application to cancel her petition.Is it possible for her to get visitor visa for 3 months if we show documents of canellation request of green card petition.i have mentioned in DS156 abt petition cancel request in question36.
Pls do reply if any of you have any suggestions.
