Is VFS site working fine??

Hi Guys,

Today I filled the application for visitor visa for my parents and no where in the application process I was asked to choose the dates for visa appointment. Now the application is saved in vfs site and it says if you don't book the appointment in 7 days your application will be deleted. I can retrieve/modify the application but still it doesn't show me the dates to choose for visa appointment.

Can anyone please confirm if they were able to make the appointment?? and please guide me if I’m doing something wrong.

After you filled the forms, you will get 3 buttons: 1) add another applicant 2) save and exit 3) proceed to confirm the appt.

after you click on the 3rd button ("proceed to confirm" button) you will be shown a calendar with available dates where you can click on a date of your choice.
