About reschedule

I had taken first time to my mother an appiontment.one day i want to reschedule it and i just pressed reshedule and 'Confirm reschedule' but after that it shows 'no dates pop up'.So i worried if the original appiontment is there or not.
i went to apply for non-immigrent visa and after that'download confirm and reschedule appiontment' to check..but it still exsists i.e. i can find her details in confirmed appiontment..

is my mother appiontment safe...i am tense

If rescheduling is not successful, they won’t cancel the original interview. (Same thing happened to me, I tried to reschedule interview, but no dates were available but appointment details were there when I looked at the documents and confirmed interview letter was also showing original date)
In your case as the confirmed interview letter shows the original date, you should be good. Email VFS if need more confirmation.

Sireesha,

You can press the 'confirm reschedule' button as many times as you want. Only when you click on a date on the calendar, your original appt will be moved to the newly selected date.

I myselves has pressed the 'confirm reschedule' button 100's of times while trying to prepone my MIL's appt. So, don't worry your mom's appt is safe.
