mail from VFS - Appointment reschedule

Hi
My parents has an appointment for 23rd Oct in Chennai consulate. I have rcvd a mail from them, in fact some one called to my parents and told that their appointment is rescheduled to 27th Oct.
I still see their appointment data as 23rd in VFS appointment letter. Is it OK if I carry their mail and this appointment letter? how can I get the appointment letter with updated date?

How come you are worried? You got an email from VFS. That should be good enough. If you are still worried, write to VFS and ask them how to update the appointment letter. They generally respond to the queries.
