Hi,
We are two children for my parents and both of us are in USA. Myself I am an engineer working on OPT (after completing Masters). From November my status will be H-1.My H-1 got approved.
My brother is doing his Masters. He is graduating in December. We are inviting my parents for his graduation(for 1 month). My parents could sponsor themselves and Show upto 10 lakhs in accounts.
I want to know
1) Whether it would be a problem if they sponsor for themselves when I am working here.
2) If the Visa officer asks them about me and the details about my status, and if they explain that, will it be a problem if they know that both children are here. What will be a supporting answer for this?
3) Would they be interested to see any documents about my job though I am not sponsoring.
My father is a a Deputy manager in a nationalised company and still has 8 years of service. My mother is a homemaker. Please let me know about this. Your suggestions would be appreciated.
