Birth Certificate

Hi,

I applied for my mother's visa. I have one question regarding my birth certificate. I don't have original birth certificate, but I have the non-availability certificate.

As a secondary supporting evidence to my non-availability certificate, I want to submit my school leaving or matriculation certificate.

My question is, do I have to submit the affidavit from my parents/nearest relatives ? Or, the school leaving certificate and the non-availability certificate will serve the purpose.
