Hi

While creating DS-156 for my parents, I have entered both my name and my husband's name. Is it possible to remove my husband's name now by calling the consulate.

Or is it required to send information like Employment Verification letter, bank letter, W2 etc for both of us when I send the documents. Please clarify and let me know if anybody has done this before.

What is the question where you answered so?
only cols from #1 to #14 are non-ediatable ... you can edit the other columns... goto vfs site and follow the links to edit. (Searh in this forum for more details)

You mean I can edit after taking the appointment..???

Yes, you can edit some fields in the application after taking the appointment.
