You do not need an actual birth certificate for a visitor visa. Whatever birth date is on your passport is fine.
Your brother sponsoring you is NOT ok.
You should be able to show your own money for a short trip to US.

    Your success will depend on;
*how much time you have left as a student in UK?
    *any family in UK?
    * what family in India?
    * your future plans in your career? Will you eventually return to India? or settle in UK or US? WHy do you wish to take the test in US?

          It is likely 50-50 chance.
How come you are doing an MBA when you really want to become a physio?

The positive factor is ,you are a physiotherapist and US needs
physios, so the officer may grant you the visa.

On the other hand he may think you have plans to settle in US and with no employment ties to India or UK and only a few months to go for your student status in UK and he may deny.

Applying from India may have a few advantages, but still not that great.

I suggest you take a shot at it from UK, showing pounds 5k in your account,
ask for a week's stay to take the test. pounds 5k is more than enough for a short trip. Show your admit card for the test. Show an enrolment cum leave letter from your course He may ask you what your future plans are. Tell him you are taking the test to train in US as a physiotherapist and then return to India.
I suggest you show plans in India, like plan of a place where you will
start your practice or a letter from an employer who will be ready to employ you in India after you return from training in US.

            Thank you so much peace

            thank you so much

            but am still confused
how can I show such huge amount in my account 5k being a student
            here .
first of all I have no transactions in my account from last year
And the other thing if i get it from india and deposit in my account it wud be
negative point as I have to put huge amount at once am also worried what if they ask how I managed to get that huge amount being on studentvisa what if they ask for pay slips ?/

this exaam called liscence was conducted in GUAM US territory
and in canada also but recently they have cancelled exam at these
centers they say that earlier there were many chances of getting visa
if we choose gaum as exam center but now I cant choose this state .

Am studying mba here because I want to take up some administrative jobs
in physiodepartment in us hospitals as I have no basic subjects of MBA
in physio course( which I did in india)
I have choosed this course which will allow me some hspitaladministration job later when I go to us ------------------can I reveal this to counsular ?

am planing to take eligibility letter
            leave letter from my college
and my memo which shows I have subjects to clear
            after coming back from us

please let me know as how I should arrange for financial documents ??
most of the people said they would only ask for eligibility letter which indicates that am going to take the exam .

Peace please give me the most appropriate plan at this moment to follow

Thanks a lot for taking time to reply me every time .

                  about money, please answer these;

Did you bring any money with you when you came to UK?
How much money do you have in your savings in UK? How are you paying for your living expenses in UK? Are you getting any money from India? Where do you plan to get the 5k from?

DO NOT TELL THE OFFICER THAT YOU have plans to find a job in US
and settle down in US. He will certainly deny you. The officer wants to hear
that you will return to India eventually, so tell him that you have plans to
look for an administrative job in India after training in US and with the mba from UK. Tell him names of some big institutes in India where you will eventually look for jobs.

                    thanks Mr.peace
Did you bring any money with you when you came to UK?
yes I did bring 1500 £ for initial survival .

How much money do you have in your savings in UK?
                    may be some £100
I have a NRI account in which I have around 50.000 INR

as I only do part time job I get less money .

How are you paying for your living expenses in UK?
I do manage to pay by doing part time jobs and sometimes get it from India

Are you getting any money from India? Where do you plan to get the 5k from?
I have my brother who sponsored my studies
I thought of showing his bank statements as proof of financial document .

Am staying in UK for the sole reason that some one told me that there are many chances of getting tourist visa from here rather than from India .

will it be not ok if I go to india and then apply for tourist visa ?

Am desperately waiting for your reply .

Thanks for being a great support .

Looking at the bad financial situation in UK, it may be better for you to apply in India.
Get a well paying job in India after you finish in UK in march.
Register for a physio conference on the net in US after a few months on the job in India. Do not say to the visa officer that you are going to take the test in US.
THe chances of getting a visa for a business conference in US with a well paying job in India in the background will be very high as compared to applying now in UK. You can schedule the test while you are visiting US
                          for the conference.

Well, I only said that because you wanted to know where you will have a better chance.
If the success rate is high in UK, go ahead and apply . If you get denied,
you can apply again in India.
