Hi,
We are planning to bring over my parents to the US. My husband is preparing the sponsor documents. I am working for a bank (my annual income is $30000) I want to know if I should prepare the I-134 too? And in my husband's form, do we need to give my status as partially dependent? (I am currently on an L2 with an EAD, working since the last 8 months)
And, I have a younger brother, who works in the UK. Would there be a problem if my parents tell the VO that their son is in the UK. Would they be viewed as potential immigrants as both my brother and I are not in India. My parents have two dogs as pets and all their brothers and sisters live in India. How do they need to approach these issues?
And, both of them are not working. Would really appreciate an immediate response
