PAN card

hi

can we show 'pan card' insted of last year tax return forms.my father has form 16 for only this year.can we get previous years form 16's from any government office using PAN card?

No, you can't show PAN card instead of tax returns. US consulate has no system of retrieving your tax returns from the PAN card.
