urgent re:visitor visa for immigrant petitioners

Hi
My mom has an interview for B2 visa in Nov and even though we sent cancellation of I130 petition which was filed by her brother,we have not recd any correspondance from USCIS.
Now i am worried abt whether my mom will get vsitors visa if we just show request to cancel I130 documents at mumbai consulate?
i am so worried pls can anyone help me????
