whats the scene nowadays in mumbai?Please help anyone

Are they giving visitor visas for single parents in mumbai these days? we tried in 2004 and were rejected.

My wife's mother is a widower and we have tried in the past one time, without success.

we really need her to get visa as she is alone and need to come here for a few months. Please advice.

also,last time, I had sponsored her, but now my wife is working (she was doing her masters then). Should i sponser or should my wife sponser for her mother.

if your wife is able to provide all financial docs per requirements then she can try otherwise goahead and try one more time.
